Scott Frank is a Principal of Staghorn Capital Partners and has been involved in commercial real estate finance for over 20 years. His primary responsibilities include originating debt and equity placements for a wide strata of commercial real estate finance transactions.
Prior to forming Staghorn, Scott was a Principal of Willow Bend Commercial Capital and Vice President at NorthMarq Capital, where he structured loans for execution with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS and Life Company on-book portfolios. Scott has worked for various commercial real estate lenders including Goldman Sachs Mortgage, J.P. Morgan and Prudential Financial. He holds a BA Degree from Southern Methodist University.
David Gaskill is a Principal of Staghorn Capital Partners and responsible for originating debt and equity capital, as well as providing strategic vision for the company. Since partnering to form Staghorn, he has leveraged his finance background to successfully arrange, structure and close joint venture equity partnerships.
Prior to Staghorn, David was a Principal of Willow Bend Commercial Capital. David has over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership as owner and Chief Executive Officer of multiple businesses throughout his career. He has experience in management, business development, leadership and international trade finance. David holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Brandon Miller is a Principal of Staghorn Capital Partners and responsible for business development and origination of debt and equity capital. Contiguous to his leadership position at Staghorn, Mr. Miller also serves as President of RREAF Holdings (“RREAF”).
Prior to Staghorn and RREAF, he was a Senior Director at Metropolitan Capital Advisors (“MCA”), a Dallas-based commercial real estate finance intermediary. While at MCA, Miller was instrumental in the placement of over $1 billion of joint venture equity, permanent debt, construction debt and mezzanine debt for office, retail, hospitality, industrial, condos and land. He earned a BBA in real estate from the University of Texas at Austin.
Grant Jenkins is a Vice President at Staghorn Capital Partners and focuses on arranging debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investors. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing transactions across all commercial property types. Grant has facilitated structured finance solutions in conventional permanent financings, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, bridge loans, and construction financing.
Prior to joining Staghorn, Grant was a Vice President of Willow Bend Commercial Capital. Grant has a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a member of TREC Young Guns.
Tyler is an Associate at Staghorn Capital Partners and is responsible for business development, project due-diligence and preparing marketing materials.
Prior to Staghorn, he worked as an Analyst at Willow Bend Commercial, where he underwrote and prepared marketing materials for presentation to debt/equity sources. He earned a BA from Texas Lutheran, where he was a 3-year letterman, holding a leadership position as Quarterback.
Phyllis Kramer is a business development officer at Staghorn Capital Partners. She identifies commercial real estate opportunities and works with the team to structure and close transactions in multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, land development and industrial. Prior to joining Staghorn, she worked with the in the same capacity at Willow Bend Commercial Capital.
Earlier in her career, she held senior management and consulting positions working at companies including American Express, Bank of America, Sabre, Experian, WellPoint, Alcon Labs, among others. As an entrepreneur, she completed an IPO for a marketing technology company she started. Ms. Kramer, who grew up in New York City, holds an BA from Brooklyn College and a Masters Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from SMU.
